Director of Engineering

Seattle, WA Full-time

Blink is looking for a client-facing engineering leader to lead the engineering practice, strengthen operations, manage our growing team and deliver the highest quality production ready code to our clients.

The Director of Engineering role at Blink is a senior management position that focuses on building, growing and mentoring a team of front-end engineers. In this role, you will contribute to project teams that profitably deliver user-centered design services. Critically, at this stage of your career, you are passionate about managing multiple projects versus focusing on the delivery of individual projects.

The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing multiple hats including architect, sales engineering and team lead. The ideal candidate should also be ready to dive into the code, get their hands dirty directing DevOps and developing a scalable QA process . As we refine our operational practices and scale the business, this person will focus more narrowly on scoping projects and managing a powerhouse team.
